How far in advance should I place my order?
For regular deliveries, we recommend placing your order at least 24 hours in advance. For special occasions like Valentine's Day or Mother's Day, we suggest ordering 3-5 days ahead to ensure availability.
What areas do you deliver to?
We currently deliver to all areas within Jakarta, Bandung, Surabaya, and Bali. For other locations in Indonesia, please contact us to check availability.
Can I customize my flower arrangement?
Absolutely! We love creating custom arrangements. Simply contact us with your preferences, budget, and occasion, and our florists will design something special for you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept various payment methods including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, GoPay, OVO, and DANA. For corporate clients, we also offer invoicing options.
What if the recipient isn't available at the time of delivery?
If the recipient is not available, our delivery person will try to contact them. If unsuccessful, we'll leave the flowers with a neighbor or building security if possible, or arrange for redelivery at a convenient time.
